Founder-led expertise
Onur Demirci
Founder
Onur brings together founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) experience, teaching, academic leadership and professional education. He holds postgraduate qualifications from Cambridge and UCL.
Working with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a Subject Matter Expert in AI and Data, he is co-authoring global guidance on AI in real estate valuation and co-chairing the working group developing an AI standard for alternative dispute resolution. He also co-developed and delivers its global AI and data professional programme.
This combination informs advice that connects evidence, practical delivery and the skills people need to use technology responsibly.

We start with your existing systems, data, governance, staff capability and available resources. Recommendations explain the options, trade-offs and practical next steps, so your team can act on the advice and sustain the changes.
You work directly with Onur Demirci, who leads the engagement and takes responsibility for the agreed work. Where the scope requires additional expertise, we identify suitable specialist consultants and agree their roles, availability and responsibilities with you before work begins.
