Plan AI adoption
Identify where AI can help teaching, learner support and operations. We review tools and suppliers, then align data, policies, access and responsibilities with your educational priorities before introduction.
Secondary, further & higher education
We help schools, colleges and universities choose suitable AI tools, prepare their staff and put the right data and governance foundations in place. Our advice connects practical adoption with responsible use and assessment integrity.

Where we can help
Identify where AI can help teaching, learner support and operations. We review tools and suppliers, then align data, policies, access and responsibilities with your educational priorities before introduction.
Turn uncertainty and conflicting advice into practical skills. Our training uses your approved tools, policies and everyday tasks in teaching, assessment and professional services.
Learner work and records can leave approved systems through prompts and file uploads. We help address data leakage, supplier data use and rights in teaching and learner materials.
Does a submission demonstrate the learner’s own understanding? We help academic teams clarify permitted AI use, strengthen assessment design and respond fairly and consistently to authenticity concerns.
Give learners clear expectations and support to question AI outputs. We help develop AI literacy and consider accessibility, additional learning needs and age-appropriate safeguards.
Evaluate evidence of educational benefit and workload effects in an agreed pilot. We assess output quality, accessibility, staff checking effort and cost, and make the findings and limitations clear to support a decision to continue, adapt or stop.
