Surveying & valuation practices
Understand source quality, tool limitations and the checks behind professional reliance, while putting applicable AI requirements into practice.
Real Estate & Valuation
We help surveying and valuation firms, property owners and managers, and PropTech providers choose useful AI applications, strengthen their data and put clear controls around everyday use.

Your part of the property sector
Understand source quality, tool limitations and the checks behind professional reliance, while putting applicable AI requirements into practice.
Connect asset and lease records with dependable document workflows and portfolio reporting, so teams know what to check and act on.
Strengthen the data, testing and governance evidence institutional customers need to assess your product, its intended uses and its limitations.
Where we can help
Assess opportunities in document handling, internal knowledge search, portfolio reporting and property operations. Prioritise uses against business needs, available data and the effort needed to check the results.
Fragmented asset records, inconsistent floor-area definitions and outdated documents can make AI outputs unreliable. We assess whether source information is current, relevant, traceable and permitted for the intended use.
Identify and compare suitable AI vendors against your property workflows, data and budget. Assess shortlisted tools and the evidence behind them. For PropTech teams, prepare the information institutional customers need for their own due diligence.
Put clear approvals, responsibilities and review routines around everyday AI use. Help staff understand what is permitted, what needs checking and when to seek review.
Support the technology, data and controls behind valuation work. Help your professional team understand input quality, automated-tool limitations and the evidence needed when deciding whether to rely on an output.
Train leaders, practitioners and support staff around approved tools and familiar property workflows. Develop the ability to question outputs, protect confidential information and recognise when further review is needed.
